“You can always tell a staged home. The bowl of balls. The vase of reeds. That soul-less vibe it emits. Typical staged homes present fine, but I’m not okay with “fine”. I want to evoke. I want a buyer to walk in and feel “I can live in this home.” Sometimes that’s achieved with a fluffy rug in an otherwise stark surrounding. Or a vintage schoolhouse map for a pop of color. Or a tribal drum-as-end-table. Rest assured the combination is always tasteful, appropriate and elevates the aesthetic.
