Selling a home is both exciting and nerve-wrecking if you're the
seller. You've got enough on your hands preparing your house to
go on the market, finding a new home, and making the transition.
As a Seller's Agent, my ultimate goal is simple: to get you the most
for your house, in the least amount of time, via the most smooth
transaction.
Achieving that end begins with establishing the best price at which to
bring your home on the market. Then, preparing your home for 'public
consumption', physically as well as on paper. The listing goes live,
the sign goes up, and things really start to heat up. Photos and
details uploaded to the web, the Broker's Open, the Sunday Open House, the
flyers, the agents, the exposure!
My role is essentially that of a general manager. For every real
estate transaction there's an average of 27 people involved -
buyers, sellers, other agents, bankers, inspectors, etc. - and I'm in
charge of making sure everyone does what they're supposed to.
Then comes the negotiations, mutual
acceptance, the building inspection, the appraisal, the paperwork, et al.
My goal is to assist you through these steps for a seamless transaction.
