Even before I became a real estate agent, most anyone would think I was
because I was always talking about homes. Whether it was the style of a
house, the neighborhood, or the state of the housing market...I love
talking about it all.
I am a Seattle native and reside in a 1920's Craftsman in the Lockmore
neighborhood of Beacon Hill. Seattle's diverse neighborhoods are close
to my heart, as I have either lived in them or have close friends and
family who do.
Having been through the home-buying process a few times myself, I
delight in guiding others through this dynamic and often
rollercoaster-like experience.
My professional background is marketing, marketing, marketing. I've
spent more than a decade learning and practicing the nuances of product
presentation. It is the ultimate for me to market one of the single most
important "products" a person will purchase: a home.
Working with home buyers satisfies my social side and provides me with
the thrill of a good challenge...especially in Seattle's
housing market today. From the home-touring, to the offer presentation,
and all the fine details prior to close, I am pleased to be my clients'
go-to person throughout the process. |
