Been There, Sold That:  From a trailer home in Duvall to a million dollar manse on Capitol Hill...and everything in between, I've sold it.  New construction pre- and post-sales, homes in historic preservation districts,  co-ops, condos going through builder lawsuits, condo conversions, pre-foreclosures, purchases contingent upon the sale of an existing home, buyers with VA and/or FHA financing, and, of course, multiple offers.... 

Multiple Offers:  I've won nearly every multiple offer 'contest' for my buyer clients (one time even besting seven other offers--incl. one that was non-contingent--without having to escalate to my client's price cap), and drawn multiple offers for nearly every one of my listings (one time receiving as many as 15 offers on a property).  What I learn by being an active buyer's agent helps me be a great listing agent, and vice versa.
